An all-levels Vinyasa-based yoga practice that begins with grounding breath work and moves you through a series of postures that flow into one another, finished with restorative stretching and an integrative meditation. This practice centers around a theme with the goal of deepening the mind-body connection by inviting you to challenge your balance, focus and strength. This is a beginner friendly yoga practice with slow progression, optional variations and open communication. Modifications are offered for all bodies. Please let us know in advance if you have equipment needs or accessibility questions. Limited loaner mats and props will be available. Feel free to bring anything that makes your practice more comfortable, such as a cushion, blanket, strap, blocks, journal, crystals, special treasures, etc.
