Private sessions offer slow progression, beginner to advanced variations and open communication with modifications available for your body and abilities.
Grounding breath work lays the foundation for movement to help balance the body, calm the nervous system and practice mindfulness through a customized yoga sequence designed for you. You’ll focus on relaxing your body and mind as you safely develop your yoga practice at your own level and pace. You are invited to deepen and explore the personal rituals of your practice, discuss yogic philosophy and reflect on your experience as much or as little as you like.

Yoga at Node
Join me at Node Arts Collective for an all-levels Vinyasa-based yoga practice that begins with grounding breath work and moves you through a series of postures that flow into one another, finished with restorative stretching and an integrative meditation. Tonight’s practice centers around the theme of heart-centered growth with the goal of deepening the mind-body connection by inviting you to challenge your balance, focus and strength.
This is a beginner friendly yoga practice with slow progression, optional variations and open communication. Modifications are offered for all bodies.
Please let us know in advance if you have equipment needs or accessibility questions. Limited loaner mats and props will be available. Feel free to bring anything that makes your practice more comfortable, such as a cushion, blanket, strap, blocks, journal, crystals, special treasures, etc.
What you need:
-Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely (barefoot is best for safety and stability)
-A yoga mat
-Water
